File & Folder sharing without any storage devices, bluetooth and internet

Hi friends , files and folder sharing is always a headache when u have no storage device, bluetooth etc. If your laptop/pc supporting wifi there is a easy method to tranfer files . (Internet connectivity not require)
1 . First make one of your laptop/pc a wifi hotspot.
2. Then install filezilla ftp server.
